What personal data do we collect?

Personal data are all data that can identify a natural person (directly and indirectly). We require processing of the following data to serve you as a customer:

  • Name and Surname;
  • Email address;
  • Telephone number;
  • Address information.

Why do we process these data?

We process your personal data to improve our services to you. In addition, we require these data to adhere to our legal obligations. If you share your data with us, we will only utilise them for the purpose for which they are required, unless we have your express permission to utilise them for different purposes. We require your data for the following purposes:

  • To adhere to our contractual obligations when an order has been placed with us.
  • To contact you when we have inquiries about our services for you or about orders you have placed with us.
  • To comply with laws and regulations.
  • To analyse and improve our services and website.
  • To send you our newsletter, if you have given permission for this.

  • Google Analytics      
    Google analytics is a service that tracks and reports how users browse a website. Many websites utilise this service because it facilitates a pleasant browsing experience. First party cookies, for instance, analyse how you use our website. Google may provide this information to third parties if required by law.,  or to the extent that these third parties process your data on behalf of google. These data will be anonymised (as much as possible) and your IP-adres will expressly not be shared. The information will be transferred and saved by Google to servers in the United States. 

  • Google Tag Manager
    Google Tag Manager is a tool we use to control website tags on one screen. No personal data will be processed through the use of Google Tag Manager.        

  • Google Adwords
    We also use Google Adwords, a Google-programme that places online advertisement. If you click on one of these advertisements, a so-called ‘tracking cookie’ will be saved which allows collection of data on performance of an advertisement. Users of this programme do not receive informations that can identify you as a user. If you do not wish to by tracked through google Adwords, you may opt out of Google conversion tracking. You can opt out through your browser settings.

  • Facebook pixel / retargeting
    The Facebook-pixel is a cookie that measures the effectivity of advertisements. This service allows us to advertise more accurately and ensures that our advertisements are shown to as few people outside our target audience as possible. The data collected by the Facebook pixel are anonymised and do not reveal the identity of user on the basis of this service.

Third party data sharing

Unless you give us express permission, we will never share your personal data with third parties.

Accessing, editing or deleting personal data

Ubed B.V. is responsible for accessing, editing and deleting personal data according to the Personal Data Protection Act (Wet Bescherming Persoonsgegevens, WBP). Let us know when you want to see what personal data Ubed B.V. has collected or if you want to edit incorrect or incomplete data. You can also request to delete your personal data. For such requests, you can send an email to hello@ubed.com

Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will use the data provided by you to send you our newsletter. You can always unsubscribe from our newsletter by sending an email to hello@ubed.nl or by accessing a link at the bottom of our newsletter.

Adjustments

There is a possibility of us adjusting our privacy policy, because the law requires us to or for different reasons. We will not notify you of every minor change and recommend you to consult this page regularly.
