What do both mattresses look like on the inside?

Pocket spring mattress: constructed from hundreds of individually wrapped steel springs that move independently. Above this, there's often a comfort layer of foam, latex, or another material. One doesn't necessarily have to be the other; pocket springs can be used in combination with memory foam. In our case, we cover the pocket spring with the Ubed BreezeTopper™. Its open structure provides excellent ventilation, temperature regulation, and targeted support for each body zone.

Memory foam mattress: Consists of layers of visco-elastic foam that respond to body heat and pressure. The material gradually conforms to your body, providing a enveloping feel. Its dense structure makes it less breathable.
