• The usual delivery time is up to four weeks. If your mattress is in stock, it may be faster.
• Once your mattress is ready, our delivery partner will email you to schedule a delivery time. You can choose your delivery time.
• The delivery person will come by and deliver your order right to your bedroom!

The UBED KIDS mattress falls under other products

• When we receive an order, we will start working for you on the first working day.
• The usual delivery time is 1-3 working days.

• You can try your Ubed mattress for 100 nights. The trial period begins the day you receive it. Your body often needs some time to adjust in the first few weeks – understandable, since your old mattress was perfectly shaped to your body. So give it time.
• If it's still not working properly after a month of delivery, please send us an email at hello@ubed.com with your name, order number, and reason. We'll see if we can resolve the issue with alternative parts.
• If no solution is found, you are entitled to return the product within 100 days of delivery.
• We will arrange the return for you via a carrier – for this we charge €100 return costs per order.

All maintenance and washing instructions can be found on the product page. Below are some specific instructions for mattresses:

• The top of the mattress cover is easy to unzip and washable up to 60 degrees.
• You can rinse the 3D top layer in the shower.
• You can vacuum the inside to completely refresh your mattress.

You can do this "maintenance checkup" every four months, for example. If you suffer from allergies, it's wise to do it more often.

0-8 years: Sleep soundly on your Ubed mattress! Keep your mattress hygienic by washing the cover, rinsing the top layer, and vacuuming the inside.

+/- 8 years: The true support of your mattress is now coming to an end. At Ubed, you can find the part your mattress needs, often the top layer. You can purchase this for a percentage of the purchase price.

+/- 8 - 15 years: You'll receive your new part, giving you a few more years of use for your mattress. This way, you don't have to carry anything, and you're also being sustainable and cost-conscious! The price and process for this will be announced later.
