How does the 100-day trial sleep work?
We understand that a new mattress is an important decision, because you want to be sure that the mattress suits you well. At Ubed you can of course choose your own hardness and also enjoy a 100-day trial sleep. Do you want to know exactly how this works? Then read on!
The timeline of the trial sleep
- Thank you for your order, you have ordered a mattress from Ubed!
- Day 0: You receive your mattress, the 100 days of trial sleep have only just begun to count.
- Day 0-30: a new mattress, you have to get used to that. Your old mattress was shaped to your body, now you are lying on new materials. So it can take a while before your body gets used to the right support.
- Day 31 - 100: Are you sleeping well? Then you don't have to do anything! If you still feel that your mattress is too hard or too soft, then contact us and we will replace a part. We do this completely free of charge! This can take 2-3 weeks. A few weeks later we will contact you about your new experiences.

Day of receipt hardness adjustment - 100 : is the mattress now good? Then we will ensure that the old part is returned to us. If it really is not a match and you want to return the mattress, please send us an email to hello@ubed.com, stating your name and order number. If you choose not to return the mattress yourself and Ubed has to arrange the return via a carrier within the 100-day trial sleep arrangement, the costs for this are €100 per order.
