How does the 100-day trial sleep work?
We understand that a new mattress is an important decision, because you want to be sure that the mattress suits you well. At Ubed you can of course choose your own hardness and also enjoy a 100-day trial sleep. Do you want to know exactly how this works? Then read on!
The timeline of the trial sleep
- Thank you for your order, you have ordered a mattress from Ubed!
- Day 0: you receive your mattress, the 100 days of trial sleep are only just starting to count.
- Day 0-30: a new mattress, you have to get used to it. Your old mattress was shaped like your body, now you are lying on new materials again. So it may take some time before your body gets used to the right support.
- Day 31 - 100: Are you sleeping well? Then you don't have to do anything anymore! If you still feel that your mattress is too hard or too soft, please contact us and we will replace a part. This can take 2-3 weeks. Shortly afterwards we will call you whether the mattress meets your expectations. If it turns out not to be a match, you can return it free of charge.
