How does shipping mattresses work?
A mattress is of course a quite large product, so you are probably wondering how it will be delivered to your home. You can read that here!
This is how shipping goes step by step
- Thank you for your order, you have ordered a mattress from Ubed! The maximum shipping period can be found on the product page.
- Your mattress will be included in the production schedule in Belgium. Don't worry, it may take about 2-3 weeks after ordering before you receive another update.
- You will receive updates about the status of your package, including emails with confirmation of shipment and the delivery date.
- You will receive your mattress! A 1-person mattress comes in 2 boxes, a 2-person mattress comes in 3 boxes. This way the mattress retains its best quality.
- Time to assemble the mattress. Scan the QR code on the box to download the manual. Follow all steps.
- Time to sleep! Your trial period has begun. You can read more about it here.
